Senior Onboarding Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role is critical for shaping how new users experience Mangomint's product from day one, focusing on customer-facing onboarding flows and internal tools for effective client onboarding.

In Short

• Work with Sales and Onboarding to build internal tooling for user interactions.
• Design and implement user onboarding experiences from first login through activation.
• Collaborate with Design and Product to create intuitive onboarding flows.
• Improve engineering standards and practices for frontend development.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong understanding of the DOM tree and asynchronous JavaScript.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for user experiences.
• Experience in onboarding or lifecycle features is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) tree.
• Proficiency in promise-based JavaScript.
