Overview

The Customer Support Specialist at Mangomint plays a key role in delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and empathy in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries primarily through chat and calls.
  • Increase product and industry knowledge for expert-level support.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Document and share customer issues and solutions.
  • Provide personalized solutions and follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
  • Work Monday - Friday 9am-6pm EST.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in software support.
  • Able to learn quickly and have a proactive attitude.
  • Work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
  • Thrive under pressure while tackling complex challenges.
  • Passion for connecting with people and treating them with respect.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience in salons and spas is a plus.
