Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Media/Tech supporting SaaS applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Quick and agile learner.
