Product Manager – Payments - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager – Payments to lead the development, optimization, and scale of our global payments infrastructure.

In Short

• Own and execute the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for ThriveCart’s payments ecosystem.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve conversion rates.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Integrate and maintain third-party payment providers.
• Ensure all payment solutions meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and reliability of payment systems.
• Collaborate with customer success to resolve user pain points.
• Stay informed about global payment trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and scaling payments systems.
• Deep understanding of payment infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency and comfortable with API documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data-driven mindset.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Equivalent practical experience may substitute for formal education.
• Certifications in product management or fintech/payments are a plus.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with global payment methods and subscriptions.
