UI/UX Designer – Level 2 - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Level 2 UI/UX Designer (Contract) to support active product development across Thrive AI. This is a hands-on execution role with ownership of defined product areas.

In Short

• Design user experiences across Thrive AI’s core objects.
• Deliver user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Support complex workflows including onboarding and AI-assisted editing.
• Work within the existing Thrive AI design system.
• Design intuitive UX for AI interactions.
• Collaborate asynchronously with Product and Engineering teams.
• Must have expert-level Figma proficiency.
• 3–5 years of UI/UX or product design experience required.
• Experience working in contract and/or remote-first roles.
• Strong ability to manage work independently.

Requirements

• Strong UX fundamentals and experience designing SaaS applications.
• Ability to balance speed, clarity, and quality.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven products or content creation platforms.
• Basic understanding of frontend constraints.
