  • German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Support or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Structured work approach with a sense of responsibility.
  • Good technical understanding and comfort with tools.
  • Ability to choose between remote, on-site in Berlin, or hybrid work.
  • Professional exchange with customers in English.
  • No shift work; regular office hours.
