Join our growing team as a Customer Support Specialist. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, working closely with engineering, operations, and sales to resolve issues and ensure every customer feels confident and supported.

In Short

Respond to customer questions with clear communication and quick turnaround.
Resolve billing, platform navigation, and order processing issues.
Write support documentation and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
Assist with account setup, payment processing, and credit applications.
Handle product quality issues, returns, and RMAs.
Collaborate with engineering and operations for efficient order processing.

Requirements
