Customer Implementation Manager I - Remote

Overview

The Customer Implementation Manager I is responsible for managing customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring successful integration of Mindbody software into customer operations.

In Short

• Configure and set up Mindbody software based on customer needs.
• Manage initial access and data conversions for customers.
• Provide technical assistance during the implementation process.
• Define solutions to maximize customer engagement with Mindbody products.
• Deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Support customers via phone and email during implementation.
• Track project time accurately in the PSA tool.
• Conduct training sessions for users.
• Assist with Premium Onboarding consults.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Three years of customer service or technical support experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
• Ability to manage customer escalations effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Experience in providing training in small group settings.
• General knowledge of web and mobile technologies.
