Overview

The Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships and ensure the delivery of mission-critical work for Reveleer’s Prospective Risk solution, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Lead project management activities.
  • Identify and mitigate customer risks.
  • Document and triage customer-reported issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Track and document customer requests.
  • Analyze customer data for insights.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Own and grow enterprise-level customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Advanced Degrees preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or customer management.
  • Knowledge of Risk Adjustment models.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools.
  • Healthcare experience required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
