Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in SaaS in a technically complex environment.
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Clear and structured communication skills.
  • Comfort discussing technical subjects.
  • History of increasing responsibility.
  • Bonus: Experience with ERPs and Accounting Concepts.
