Enterprise Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Enterprise Onboarding Specialist will guide new sellers through their implementation and set them up for long-term success on Wholesail, a company that helps wholesalers manage payment risk and enhance customer relationships.

In Short

• Lead new seller onboarding and guide them through milestones.
• Conduct training for AR and Sales teams.
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes for high-payment-volume sellers.
• Contribute to documentation for scaling new integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Communicate insights and trends to Product and Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in onboarding or sales engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.
• Familiarity with Python and ERP software is a bonus.

Requirements

• 2+ years in implementation or sales engineering.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfortable leading customer-facing calls.
• Experience with integrations and API-based tools.
• Prior involvement in process improvement.
