Overview

The Onboarding Specialist will deliver fast, accurate and delightful onboarding experiences, ensuring new customers get set up smoothly and see immediate value from Kota.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers.
• Guide customers through key activation milestones.
• Build and evolve the onboarding process into a scalable engine.
• Partner with Customer Success for seamless handover.
• Maintain clear communication with customers.
• Identify blockers and resolve issues cross-functionally.
• Contribute to documentation and templates for onboarding.
• Capture customer insights to improve products and processes.
• Support quality checks on plan setup and integrations.
• Drive customer satisfaction during onboarding.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in onboarding or customer-facing operations.
• Structured problem solving and project management skills.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools.
• Experience with health, life or pension products is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in fast-moving environments.
• Curiosity and desire to improve processes.
• Passion for helping customers succeed.
• Interest in HR tech.
• Willingness to complete regulatory exams in the future.
