Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality brand work.
• Excellent visual craft across typography and composition.
• Ability to create systems, not just one-off assets.
• Experience using AI or low-code tools for polished work.
• Strong taste and judgement in design decisions.
• Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration experience.
• Experience building brands in a startup environment.
• Bonus for skills in motion or interactive design.
