The Brand Designer will play a significant role in shaping the culture and future of Makeship, collaborating on creative projects that impact the company and community.

• 5+ years of experience required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand or campaign design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking.
• Excellent visual design fundamentals.
• Experience with performance data.
• Ability to work with Growth and Marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of brand and performance intersection.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience in paid media and digital performance environments.
• Ability to create storyboards and visual narratives.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
