In Short

• Seeking a highly motivated Financial Accountant.
• Support day-to-day financial operations and month-end close.
• Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Assist with annual statutory financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Help design and implement scalable finance processes and internal controls.
• Contribute to documentation of policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, AITI or equivalent).
• 2–4+ years’ experience in accounting, audit, or similar role.
• Experience in fintech, startup, or a regulated environment is a plus.
• Good technical accounting knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to improve processes.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
