Financial Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant with at least 3 years of professional accounting experience to join our finance team. This role supports the Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

In Short

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Support the preparation of internal financial reports and schedules.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the organization's budget.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies.
• Use accounting software and ERP systems for data entry and reporting.
• Work closely with the Controller and other finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience using PowerBI for reporting and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
