Overview

The Director of Operations carries out the mission and vision of the Company’s Palliative & Hospice Care by applying sound management principles to reach organizational goals.

In Short

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multi-state hospice facilities.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership to the site team.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the regional budget.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director.
  • Responsible for payroll accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration preferred.
  • 5-10 years of hospice or home health experience required.
  • 3-5 years supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • RN preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
