• Lead and scale People & Culture initiatives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
• Manage financial operations including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Operations & Strategy senior leadership role.
• Strong track record in managing People & Talent, Finance, and Business Operations.
• Deep understanding of financial and business levers in SaaS.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High accountability and operational knowledge.
• Strong prioritization skills and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced analytical skills for problem-solving.
• High emotional intelligence and team management experience.
• Full business language proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and visit the office regularly.
