Requirements

• Extensive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Track record of placements across all levels.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent pipeline management.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Passionate about sustainability and climate tech.
