Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the entire recruiting process for the arsipa Group and its subsidiaries, focusing on positions in occupational medicine. The role involves strategic development of the recruiting area, establishing scalable processes, and managing reporting and analysis of relevant metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with agency experience
• Strong expertise in active sourcing
• Experience with ATS and modern recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Very good German language skills, English is a plus
