• Lead and coach a team of 3–5 recruiters to deliver on engineering hiring goals across India.
• Drive end-to-end hiring for senior technical roles.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize roles and build structured loops.
• Champion structured hiring practices across all roles.
• Own operational cadences including weekly funnel reviews and performance tracking.
• Advocate for a world-class candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on engineering talent.
• Experience hiring for senior technical roles.
• Strong team leadership skills with experience managing recruiters.
• Fluency in structured hiring practices.
• Operationally strong with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
