Overview

Nutrafol is looking for a dynamic, proactive Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to manage the high volume, full life-cycle recruitment process for all new team members across various roles in the organization.

In Short

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process.
• Oversee candidate experience and interview logistics.
• Maintain candidate profiles and records within the ATS.
• Own analytics and reporting to improve hiring processes.
• Manage agency relationships and contractor onboarding.
• Coach the Talent Associate and provide development opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes.
• Actively source talent for open roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on recruiting processes.
• Extend job offers and manage onboarding.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 2+ years managing Director through Executive level searches.
• Knowledge of ATS, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
• Experience in start-up/hyper growth environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, Excel, and Slack.
• Ability to work across time zones.
