Requirements

• Must be based in Europe with knowledge of the European startup talent market.
• 4+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter for tech startups.
• 2+ years of remote hiring experience for remote-first companies.
• Expertise in hiring for sales, marketing, and operations roles.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers for refining hiring strategies.
• Experience in tech hiring is a plus.
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS is a plus.
