Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle TA experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Success in hiring across diverse functions during rapid growth.
• Strong business acumen with data-informed recruiting.
• Experience developing and scaling recruiting processes.
• Understanding of Canadian, US, UK, and international hiring practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, English fluency required.
