• Develop a clear Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with company values and goals.
• Provide insights to influence talent strategies and hiring decisions.
• Design and implement structured talent assessment processes.
• Facilitate interview training programs for hiring managers.
• Serve as a coach to leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and user management.
• Support employer branding and talent marketing efforts.
• Manage compensation benchmarking and career pathing.
• Build equitable recruitment systems for diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience supporting corporate and clinical teams.
• Strong recruitment operations and process optimization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Expert in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
