Requirements

• Experience in clinical operations management, preferably in virtual healthcare.
• 3–5 years of direct people management experience.
• Ability to lead diverse clinical teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
