In Short

• Oshi is looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to innovate healthcare solutions.
• The role involves both hands-on development and team mentorship.
• Work closely with Product and Clinical teams to balance business and tech needs.
• Contribute to a suite of products improving patient experience.
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactNative, and AWS is essential.
• Participate in agile development processes with two-week sprints.
• Manage a develop/test/deploy process with a focus on automation.
• Support operations of care coordination and clinical teams.

• This is a full-time position open only to US residents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of development experience, with at least 4 years in a lead role.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with ReactNative, ReactJS, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, especially Telehealth, is beneficial.
• Experience with mobile apps utilizing REST APIs.
