• Design and oversee application architecture with performance-focused non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain front-end functionality, ensuring high-quality code.
• Drive adoption of TypeScript and Node.js solutions in front-end/backend integrations.
• Leverage Kubernetes and infrastructure tools to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Implement and optimize monitoring and logging pipelines for real-time system insights.
• Design and manage micro-frontend architectures for modular, scalable applications.
• Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases efficiently and integrate caching strategies using Redis.
• Integrate message queue systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ for scalable and reliable communication.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Monitor and improve team KPIs, identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in engineering, with senior leadership experience for advanced roles.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Knowledge of SSO solutions and API gateways.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases and caching systems like Redis.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments, debugging, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture is preferred.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, lean processes, and engineering quality standards.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
