Fullstack Team Lead - Remote

Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.

In Short

• Lead a fullstack team through the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and architecture to development, testing, and production deployment.
• Own and drive processes while continuously researching and experimenting with new technologies.
• Build high-performance applications and automation systems using modern cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, security, UX & design, content, product marketing, customer support, and marketing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by devising, executing, and measuring A/B tests.
• Stay hands-on by actively contributing code and conducting design reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of team lead experience and 5+ years in fullstack development.
• Expert in building scalable systems with React, React Native (TypeScript) on the frontend and Python on the backend.
• Proficient with cloud platforms and tools like GCP, GKE, MySQL, Redis, and BigQuery.
• Proven track record of leading projects from concept to full production.
• Experience with web analytics and A/B tests.
• Understands product marketing and user acquisition.
• A collaborative, fast, self-motivated learner with excellent communication skills.
