Senior Full Stack Team Lead - Remote

Overview

abra R&D is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Team Lead to drive innovation in our cloud-based communication solutions team.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to develop our next-gen web applications.
• Collaborate with the product team, UX designers, and other R&D teams to secure our deliveries.
• Assume complete ownership over key areas of our platform, including quality of code, time estimations, deployment to production, and monitoring.
• Take an active part in the team’s efforts to deliver the best solutions to our services.
• Manage, recommend, and execute improvements to our infrastructures and stay ahead with new technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in managing full-stack teams.
• Extensive experience in the design and development of web applications.
• At least 3 years of experience in client-side development, preferably with React.
• At least 3 years of experience in server-side development with Java.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is preferred).
• Experience with Linux environment and containers (Docker).
• Experience with Agile development, effort estimations, and timelines management.
