Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Team Leader to join our Network Orchestration group. Our group is responsible for developing scalable, high-performance distributed systems that support complex network infrastructures.

In Short

• Lead & mentor a high-performing development team.
• Architect & implement microservices-based solutions.
• Develop backend services using js (TypeScript, NestJS/Express) and frontend applications with Angular.
• Ensure scalability & performance of distributed systems.
• Integrate messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality product delivery.
• Implement best practices for testing and automation.
• Align development with business priorities and roadmap planning.
• Stay updated on trends in distributed computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development.
• 2+ years of experience leading a development team.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working closely with QA and Product Managers.
