As we expand, we are seeking a Tech Lead to join our team in Mulgrave, VIC on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately and be comfortable with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

In Short

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in serverless architecture with AWS Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
• Deep understanding of event-driven systems and experience with Kafka.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like Next.js.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Mulgrave, VIC (3 days per week).
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Experience working in a retail company as a software engineer is a plus!
