Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional design experience.
• Strong foundational design skills in layout, typography, and spacing.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to execute updates in a CMS like WordPress.
• Familiarity with design best practices for web and email.
• Understanding of accessibility principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Interest in motion graphics is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare design is a plus.
