Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Nursing and clinical research.
• Experience in clinical trial operations and compliance monitoring.
• In-depth understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Experience in decentralized or hybrid clinical trial models.
• Ability to lead teams in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable using digital platforms related to nursing communications.
