Today, 1 in 5 children in the U.S. has a diagnosable mental health disorder, yet about half of those who need care never receive it from a behavioral health provider. At Handspring, we’ve set out to rebuild this system from the ground up. In Short

• Act as the first-line operations partner for families and our care team.
• Help families navigate patient portals and tech tools.
• Triage non-clinical requests and route them appropriately.
• Support insurance-related processes such as claims troubleshooting.
• Manage patient intake during high volume periods.
• Maintain and improve digital operations infrastructure.
• Assist with implementation of clinical and technology systems.
• Support new provider onboarding and collect feedback for updates.
• Communicate clearly with families and care team members.
• Be resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical operations position.
• Excited about being part of a mission-driven healthcare organization.
• Detail-oriented and organized in fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable navigating systems like CRM platforms and EHRs.
