Licensed Child & Adolescent Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Handspring is dedicated to making quality mental healthcare accessible to all young people. We are hiring California-licensed mental health therapists to join our fully remote team.

In Short

• Work 40 hours a week with a caseload of up to 28 clients.
• Conduct 22-24 therapy sessions weekly using evidence-based practices.
• Participate in weekly consultations and professional development.
• Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients' pediatricians and school counselors as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional with 3 years post-graduate experience.
• Active unrestricted license in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
• Reside in the Pacific Time Zone.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with young people and families.
• Knowledge of evidence-based mental health treatments.
• Comfort with using technology for client management.
• Must not have opted out of Medicare.
