Overview

Handspring is a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on transforming pediatric behavioral health, and is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to oversee and support a team of therapists.

In Short

• Oversee and provide clinical supervision to therapists.
• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions.
• Facilitate case consultations and team meetings.
• Review treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Provide on-call risk consultation during clinic hours.
• Participate in the interview process for prospective therapists.
• Mentor therapists in their professional growth.
• Participate in quality assurance efforts.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on treatment approaches.

Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional with 10 years of experience.
• Experience in supervision and risk management.
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).
• Ability to work independently with collaboration interest.
• Comfort with new technologies (Zoom, electronic health records).
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, etc.).
• Experience treating children and adolescents with various diagnoses.
