Overview

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients, overseeing a multidisciplinary team to facilitate appropriate and efficient clinical care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Active RN license in Virginia.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• 2+ years of Home Health or Hospice experience.
• 2+ years of Home Infusion experience.
• 1+ year of Supervisory experience.
