Clinical Supervisor (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW) - Remote

Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor at Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy, you will support clinicians on their journey to success while working in a remote environment.

In Short

• Support associates holding a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with clinical practices.
• Facilitate clinical enrichment and provide resources for professional development.
• Conduct both group and individual clinical supervision weekly.
• Work fully remote with a part-time hourly position initially.
• Opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried role within 3-6 months.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and clinicians.
• Foster a growth mindset and inclusivity within the team.
• Provide training to help clinicians develop as child therapists.
• Meet and attend various company meetings and professional development sessions.

Requirements

• Current and active California LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license in good standing.
• At least two years of licensure in California or another state in the last five years.
• Two years of psychotherapy practice in the last five years prior to supervision.
• Completion of required supervisor training and professional development.
• Detailed knowledge of clinical policies and regulations.
