Overview

The Cadence Health team seeks a Clinical Navigator Supervisor to join our Care Delivery team. This individual will dedicate a portion of their time to performing the duties of a Clinical Navigator while leading and supporting the Clinical Navigator team.

In Short

  • Conduct regular virtual check-ins with patients.
  • Help ensure all quality standards and compliance targets are met.
  • Lead bimonthly team meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in patient outcomes.
  • Communicate OKRs with the team.
  • Provide ongoing guidance through coaching and mentoring.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Assist in communicating policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • Active Certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • 5+ years of Medical Assistant experience.
  • 2+ years of leading a clinical team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven success in motivating a team.
  • Passion for patient experience and healthcare innovation.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment.
