Overview

The Cadence Health team is seeking a motivated and empathetic Remote Patient Activation Specialist to assist patients in activating their monitoring devices and provide troubleshooting support for any errors or technical issues.

In Short

  • Support patients in activating remote monitoring devices via phone.
  • Provide step-by-step instructions for device setup.
  • Address patient objections during the activation process.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
  • Promote patient engagement with Cadence devices.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to Medicare patients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent achievement of performance metrics.
  • A compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Mac products.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Stable and reliable internet connectivity.
