Overview

The Cadence Health team is currently looking for a Part-Time Patient Success Advocate to deliver comprehensive support to patients and partners participating in the Cadence remote monitoring program.

In Short

  • Handle incoming patient inquiries across various channels.
  • Provide administrative assistance to clinicians.
  • Execute patient engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Work part-time with specific shifts on weekends.
  • Educate customers on Cadence technology products.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with customers.
  • Escalate complex patient concerns as needed.
  • Experience in a multi-channel help desk is preferred.
  • Must have experience in customer-facing healthcare roles.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • Multi-channel help desk experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare-related customer-facing role.
  • Previous metrics-driven position experience.
  • Experience with Medicare patients is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Prior remote work experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and suggest solutions.
  • Stable internet connection for remote work.
  • Remote patient monitoring support experience is a plus.
