Nurse Practitioner Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Cadence Health team seeks a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor to join the team. This individual will dedicate 60% of their time performing the duties as a Nurse Practitioner and 40% of their time leading and supporting other Nurse Practitioners. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care making sure every healthcare interaction with Cadence is an exceptional experience that prioritizes the well-being of the patient and aligns with the goals of the health system.

In Short

• Supervise tracking of patient vital signs and laboratory results.
• Coordinate treatment regimens for chronic diseases.
• Address patient escalations promptly.
• Conduct virtual meetings with patients.
• Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards.
• Identify areas for quality improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Manage staffing needs and approve PTO.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Stay updated on healthcare advancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years Nurse Practitioner experience with chronic diseases.
• Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
• 5+ years of leading a clinical team.
• Board certification and active license required.
• Multi-state compact RN licensure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience coaching a team of clinicians.
• Passion for patient experience and healthcare innovation.
