In Short

• Vynca is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.
• Provide evidence-based, high-quality clinical care to complex and seriously ill patients via telemedicine.
• Perform comprehensive and symptom management visits for patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests.
• Prescribe appropriate treatment modalities.
• Interface with patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff.
• Facilitate patient transitions within and between healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Understand Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California and Oregon RN and NP license.
• DEA licensure or the ability to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• ANP, AGNP, or FNP Certification.
• ACHPN certification preferred.
• 2+ years experience providing NP care to complex patients.
• Ability to work in a Remote environment, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PST.
