Overview

The Cadence Health team is currently looking for a Patient Success Advocate to join our dynamic call center environment. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support to patients and partners participating in the Cadence remote monitoring program across various channels.

In Short

  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of Cadence technology products.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Escalate patient concerns to necessary care delivery teams.
  • Work Saturday & Sunday (9 am - 8 pm EST) and Monday & Tuesday (10 am - 9 pm EST).

Requirements

  • Multi-channel help desk experience, preferably with Zendesk.
  • Experience in a customer-facing healthcare related field.
  • Remote patient monitoring support experience is a plus.
  • Active Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
