The Patient Retention Specialist at Carda Health will collaborate with the clinical team to enhance patient retention and conversion strategies, proactively reaching out to patients at risk of exiting the program.

Requirements

• ACSM-CEP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Diligence and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in clinical studies is a bonus.
