Overview

The Retention Specialist is responsible for answering customer questions pertaining to product information, order statuses, tracking information, returns & exchanges, and more, while demonstrating a Customer First mentality.

In Short

  • Virtually assist customers with shipping, returns, and product details.
  • Manage multiple customer interaction channels efficiently.

  • Work remotely in a distraction-free environment.
  • Complete a 90-day introductory period successfully.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or greater.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/support.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with web-based tools.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Comfortable working from home.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
