The Head of Merchandising, Home/Accessories will be responsible for curating and managing the product catalog to meet and exceed UK customer expectations, while aligning with Quince's overall brand and pricing strategy.

• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
