Requirements

• 5+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing programs.
• Understanding of email design and copy best practices.
• Experience with dynamic HTML email templates.
• Ability to architect statistically significant A/B tests.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
• Experience with Iterable and Looker preferred.
• Knowledge of trends in fashion or home goods preferred.
