In Short

  • Interact with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to offer comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's unique needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
  • Recognize opportunities to promote additional insurance products or policy upgrades based on customers' needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional and external teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of P&C experience; P&C license required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to putting the customer first.
  • An understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the industry; a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
